Jud has been in the performing arts for over 25 years. He spent 6 years at the Simon Fraser University School for the Contemporary Arts where he first met Francis and Emi. From there he founded Radix Theatre in the late 80’s and has performed around the world since in many forms as diverse as Television, Film, Butoh and Site Specific Interdisciplinary Performance Art. Most recently he was thrilled to be part of Dance Marathon created by former Radix Theatre colleagues for the Olympic Games as part of the Cultural Olympiad. He is a tango aficionado with a style of the downtown milongas of Buenos Aires thanks to his teachers including Francis , Emi and Semiral from Vancouver; Susana Miller, Alicia Pons and Muma from Buenos Aires; Hsueh-tze Lee and Robert Hauk of the USA.
